We understand everyone dates differently - some of us love the buzz of a crowd, while others connect best one-on-one. We host a range of event styles to help you show up as your best self and build real, meaningful connections.

Our activity based events like Singles Trivia Night are mixer-style events where attendees can mix, mingle, and connect with one another while enjoying a fun activity. Coffee Shop Speed Dating events are more structured and provide a more intimate environment. Speed dating rounds last a few minutes each so you have time to connect with each person you meet. Both events have a dedicated host and reserved Jigsaw section at each venue.

Follow the posters that say “this way” to the event and find the poster that says “wait here for host.” Our Jigsaw hosts have a Jigsaw pin + Jigsaw t-shirt or black t-shirt on! If they aren’t at the host stand, please wait for them to return so they can check you in, and give you your name tag.

Yes, all attendees should have a government-issued ID on-site that matches the name they used at check-in. All guests must be 21+

Jigsaw hosts the largest collection of singles events in the US! Each event is curated so that you have several ways to connect with other singles in your area.

We only release a limited amount of male/female tickets for each heterosexual singles event. Our team keeps a close eye on the headcount leading up to the events so we can update accordingly. For the Queer Singles Happy Hour, we offer one general admission ticket type, as attendees have the option to self describe their gender and we aim to have a diverse mix at each event.

Please email events@jigsaw.co with your recommendation. If you’re a venue looking to partner, please attach photos of the space, the address, and the capacity for consideration.

Check in for happy hour events closes 15 minutes after the event start time, you can still attend if you arrive later, but you may have to wait for the host to return to the host stand. Check in for speed dating closes 30 minutes after the event start time. If you arrive later, this will throw the event ratio off and you may not get the opportunity to connect with each attendee in the lineup. We strongly recommend arriving before check in closes in order to experience the entire event. If you can no longer make it, contact events@jigsaw.co for assistance.

Everyone in the Jigsaw Dating community is fully verified. The ticket you need for entry to the event is on the app, so the host can check you in. During the event, connect with other attendees using Match Code IRL. After the event, you can come back and reconnect with those you clicked with IRL!

Each ticket has a unique code, if you’ve purchased multiple tickets, you’ll get an email for each ticket in your inbox. Forward this email to your friends so they can easily check into the event.

Don’t worry! You can upload multiple codes to the Jigsaw app and your tickets will be stored for future dates. If you have tickets for a friend, please arrive together to help the host check everyone in smoothly.

All tickets are now mobile entry, so you should have received an SMS with your ticket code and an email from hello@jigsaw.co with the instructions to access your ticket.

Please check your emails, including your Junk/spam folder! If you're still unable to find the email with your ticket access code, please email us support@jigsaw.co and confirm the email you used to purchase your ticket and the order confirmation number from store.jigsaw.co and we will resend the code for you!

We host events for ages 25-45 and 40+. Everyone must be 21+ and have a valid ID. If you are age 21-25, you are still more than welcome to come, but be aware that most attended fall between this age range.

The best way to find them and reconnect is in the Jigsaw Dating app. Head to the Meet page to see everyone who was at your event. Here you can start a conversation with other people going to events in your city.

Instead of exchanging personal numbers off the bat, scan each others' Match Code IRL to continue the conversation.

Open the Jigsaw app > tap Match IRL > tap My Match Code and let someone scan your code to match (or use your camera to scan their's)

Access to post-event chats and your exclusive Match Code come with admission to your event.

Each city and event style is different! You can get Event Insights for each specific event in the Jigsaw Dating app.

The Jigsaw team is dedicated to creating a safe space for everyone to date, and each event description states if the event is for a heterosexual, or LGBTQ+ audience.

Queer Singles Happy Hour events are specifically for LGBTQ+ attendees, and we are planning to launch more LGBTQ+ events soon.
